Job Description
Under close supervision, employees in this job may operate a personal computer to prepare records, statements, invoice payments, forms, letters, memorandum, mailing lists and other materials from copy, rough draft, or detailed instruction. Clerks also record and verify information; arrange and prepare data for processing; perform miscellaneous duties such as sorting and distributing mail; maintain files and office records and assist the general public.
